  • Staging Fashion

    Episode 7 of the TV documentary series ARMÁRIO is about staging fashion, we talk to stylists, photographers and set designers about how to make one piece shine (like this Oscar de La Renta dress) without destroying it.

  • Deluxed

    Cão Solteiro & André Godinho were invited by 23 Milhas to revamp they’re show from 2011: PLAY, THE FILM, in a deluxe version featuring music performed live by Filarmónica Gafanhense and a number danced by Bailarinas da Casa do Povo da Gafanha da Nazaré.
    We went from 6 actors to 66 performers!
    PLAY, THE FILM DELUXE was presented December 15th at Casa da Cultura de Ílhavo.

  • There is hope.

  • Proud to be in the Closet/Armário

    I’m now part of the TV documentary series ARMÁRIO, directing episodes 4 to 13. ARMÁRIO is a show about fashion that is not closed in a closet, it’s broad, funny and political, it entertains and makes you think (hopefully 😬). With the great Joana Barrios.Screen Shot 2018-10-29 at 12.27.28

    38771774_2101770716747599_5884534138198818816_nMy short film BONJOUR is going to be screened in Lisbon in the open air terrace of Polo Cultural das Gaivotas, along with Margarida Leitão’s GIPSOFILA. Two films made in closed houses to see with the stars above you.

    These films are programmed by Os Filhos de Lumiére for the program Lusco-Fusco – August 15 at 21h30.

    I was in Porto, for a 2 day seminar on the theatre course RECURSO, talking about my work in video for theatre, but specially about the limits of fiction and the effect of reality in theatre performances.
